My Approach
My approach to therapy is thoughtful and collaborative, focused on helping you better understand the patterns and experiences that influence your emotional life.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and resolve distressing experiences so they no longer feel as intense or disruptive.
