Currently, Chari offers individual counseling only. Chari’s focus is on adolescents and women’s issues. However, Chari treats adolescents 12 years and older as well as adults of all ages.

Chari is familiar with the unique problems that tweens, teens & adults deal with in this age of technology and social media and their impact on self-esteem, relationships, and friendships. Additionally, Chari treats individuals with various issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, social anxiety, self-esteem issues, life-transitions, self-harm (cutting, etc.), family conflict, bullying, school challenges, dating challenges, relationship and marital problems, financial difficulties, PTSD, loss/grief issues, co-dependency, as well as victims of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.

Chari uses contemporary psychotherapy (i.e., cognitive behavioral, problem solving, reality therapy, family systems and grief recovery) to focus on the "here and now" problems and feelings. Chari believes in short term, solution focused strategies to improve your quality of life. To the degree that your past may interfere with your present behavior, she identifies and helps release the barriers to leading a healthy life. Chari provides a warm and relaxed environment to share your information and develop a plan toward your goals.

Currently, Chari conducts video sessions/distance counseling only within the state of Texas.
